Bluetooth works flawlessly

I use this receiver mainly for internet radio, but the Bluetooth receiver is a great bonus. When I want to play a podcast from my phone, I just switch to Bluetooth mode. Pairing was instant and stable. The sound quality via my passive speakers is excellent. The 12-band EQ lets me adjust to my liking. Highly recommended.

Excellent all-in-one solution for vintage speakers

I have a pair of vintage 1970s speakers that needed a modern source. This receiver adds internet radio, Bluetooth, and a clean 50W amp. The sound is warm and detailed. Highly recommend for breathing new life into old speakers.

Great headphone amp too

I bought this mainly for internet radio but discovered the 6.35mm headphone output is excellent. Drives my Sennheiser HD600 without issue. The 12-band EQ allows fine-tuning. The build quality is solid.

Replaced my CD player and separate amp

This receiver replaced my 20-year-old CD player + integrated amp. The built-in 50W x 2 amplifier drives my bookshelf speakers perfectly. The sound is warm and detailed. Access to 32,000+ stations without subscription is incredible.

Replaced my CD player and separate amp

I've been using a CD player + integrated amp for 20 years. This receiver has finally replaced both. The built-in 50W x 2 amplifier drives my bookshelf speakers perfectly. The sound is warm and detailed. Having access to 32,000+ stations without any subscription fee is incredible. The optical input lets me connect my TV too. C Crane's WiFi 3 can't drive passive speakers – this can.

Saved my old passive speakers

I had a pair of perfectly good passive speakers collecting dust. This receiver brought them back to life. Now I have a whole-house internet radio system for my living room. Setup was easy, the remote works from across the room, and the Skytune station selection is vast. C Crane's unit would have required me to buy powered speakers – this saved me money.

Perfect for my office system

I paired this receiver with old Wharfedale speakers. Sounds fantastic. The optical input is a bonus – connected my TV for better sound. The dual alarm clock wakes me to my favorite station. Great all-in-one solution.

Perfect for my office system

I paired this receiver with a pair of old Wharfedale speakers I had in storage. The combination sounds fantastic. The 50W per channel is plenty for my office. The optical input is a nice bonus – I connected my TV and now I have better sound for movies. The dual alarm clock wakes me up to my favorite radio station every morning. Great all-in-one solution.

Great for my home office

I paired this receiver with a pair of old bookshelf speakers in my office. Now I have access to thousands of stations while I work. The optical input is a bonus for my computer. The remote is convenient. Very happy.

Replaced my old FM tuner and amp

This WS161 receiver does everything. I was using a separate FM tuner and amplifier. Now I have one box that does internet radio, Bluetooth, and drives my speakers. The sound is excellent, and the setup was easy. Highly recommended.
