Refund & Return Policy
General Return Rules
Return Eligibility Period
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after product delivery. Returns will not be accepted if you cannot provide a valid order number, or if the request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
A valid RMA number is mandatory for all returns. Please contact our support team to apply for an RMA before sending back any items. We will verify the product serial number and bench logs during the RMA process. Returned packages without a clearly marked RMA number on the outer box may be refused at our warehouse.
Return Shipping Cost & Seller Responsibility
- 1. Seller’s Responsibility (Pre-approved Eligible Returns): We fully stand behind our hardware quality. If a product is delivered with verified manufacturing defects, dead-on-arrival (DOA) components, or physical damage sustained during transit, we will take full responsibility. In these eligible cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and upon bench verification of the issue, we will either ship a replacement unit or issue a full refund. The customer will bear zero shipping costs for both outbound and inbound transit.
- 2. Customer’s Responsibility: If you return products due to personal reasons, preferences, or change of mind, you shall bear all return shipping costs and ensure the package is sent via a carrier that provides secure tracking.
Product Condition Requirement
All returned items must be in brand new, unopened, unaltered, and fully resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. We will conduct a comprehensive bench inspection once we receive the package. Returns that fail inspection (e.g., items showing signs of use, scratches, or missing parts) will not be approved for a refund.
Shipping Fees Note
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns. For orders that qualified for free shipping originally, the standard shipping charges incurred during initial dispatch will be deducted from your final refund amount if the return is due to customer preference.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued only after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned merchandise. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit/credit cards. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.
Tax, Duties & Customs Notice
Please note that all listed product prices and shipping fees are exclusive of local sales taxes, use taxes, or import duties that may be levied by your specific state or country (including US state sales taxes, if applicable). Any such local taxes, sales taxes, or customs clearing fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon checkout or delivery. We are unable to calculate, collect, or refund any government-imposed taxes or duties.
Warranty & Exclusions

- Exclusions: Malfunctions or physical damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, self-repair, mods, or improper handling are strictly not covered by the warranty.
- DIY Kit Special Notice: DIY unassembled kits are sold strictly as component sets. Returns for DIY kits are subject to the exact same 30-day rule and must be completely unopened and un-soldered. Any damage caused by incorrect soldering, static discharge, improper assembly, or component modification during your build is ineligible for return, exchange, or refund. For troubleshooting build errors, we are happy to provide free technical guidance via email.
- Claims: For product failures under normal use within the warranty period, please submit your valid order number along with clear photos and/or video evidence to our support email. We are unable to authorize RMAs or provide technical after-sales service without the required supporting documentation.
