Order Fulfillment & Delivery Time

We work efficiently to get your audiophile gear on the road as quickly as possible:

Order Fulfillment: 1–3 business days. All orders undergo rigorous bench testing and hardware inspection before dispatch.
Standard Insured Delivery: 7–15 business days. Please allow 2–3 weeks during peak carrier seasons or severe weather disruptions.

*Please note: Customs clearance procedures at US borders may occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. These regulatory delays are outside of our technical control.

Shipping Scope Restrictions

Due to transit logistics constraints for high-fidelity hardware, our shipping scope is limited:

We ONLY ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states).
We DO NOT ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, military APO/FPO addresses, or any other US territories. Orders placed with these destinations will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

Shipping Rates

Orders Over $99: Free Standard Insured Shipping (Contiguous US only).
Orders Under $99: $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping (Contiguous US only).

*Security Note: For high-value hardware items, a carrier signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives securely at your doorstep.

International Taxes, Duties & Customs Notice

All listed product prices and transit fees on our storefront are strictly exclusive of local sales taxes, use taxes, or import duties levied by US Customs or individual state revenue services.

We ship via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) guidelines. Any applicable state use taxes or customs clearing tariffs are the sole legal responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. Tunersys does not collect these fees at checkout, and they are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Secure Order Tracking

Once your hardware has departed our fulfillment center, a secure tracking number linked to the carrier network will be automatically emailed to you. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update the initial tracking status scan.
